Born in Portland, Oregon (not so long ago!) grew up in So. Cal and Colorado. My interest in health started when I was 18 after reading a book by Adelle Davis, an American pioneer in the field of nutrition. After reading her books and others I finally saw the light, the Mega Food Industry was creating a monster health crisis! I am no expert, just a small voice in the wilderness that views common sense with food and a healthy relationship with God as a way to healthy living. This blog exists for like minded people & friends to share knowledge, experiences, war stories, pleasures, pains and victories. It’s about building a community of kindred spirits in challenging times.

Avid photographer, net-worker, dreamer and adventurer, my motto is “Have Camera Will Travel”! I love to laugh and make people laugh, laughter is good medicine, ’tis good for the soul.
